MPS was one of three BMW Panel Architects invited to submit an EOI and subsequently awarded the project. MPS involvement included Consultation, Master Planning, Design, Documentation and Contract Administration of a new Health and Community Services Training Building, Carpark, new Entry / Exit circulation system, external drainage, external lighting. Refurbishment of the Administration Building entrance, Classrooms and Campus sewer upgrade.

The new building is positioned to front the prominent road, promoting the building to the public and students. A wide pedestrian pathway on the West side links the carpark with the proposed building and the rest of the campus. This road has been designed to allow for heavy maintenance and emergency vehicles. MPS fulfilled all aspects of the Brief.
