A replacement of the existing Bus Depot facility for PTA’s Bus Services Provider to accommodate the expansion of the metropolitan bus fleet and its administration, maintenance & storage requirements in the North Western region of Perth.

The Bus Depot Facilities include an administration office building, maintenance workshop including in-ground maintenance pits and overhead maintenance platforms, bus re-fuelling facility incorporating both diesel & gas refuelling, bus wash facility for both rigid & articulated busses, bus/car access/parking areas.

The design was developed in conjunction with both PTA and the Depot Operator to incorporate the bus operational needs & requirements while including specialist the requirements of natural gas refuelling & gas maintenance of the PTA gas bus fleet.
