Assay Laboratory engaged MPS after meeting with and reviewing credentials of suitably qualified Architects. MPS scoped the Project and obtained competitive fees for Engineering services for the detailed Design Documentation, Tender Preparation and Contract Administration Support during construction. MPS assessed Tenders, made recommendations for PM approval. Pindan Construction were Awarded project and MPS administered as the Lead Consultant.

Assay Lab’s new laboratory building required to replace the existing dated facilities and support the expansion of the foundry capacity constructed within an operating facility. The building contains wet & dry laboratories, offices, support spaces, plant room, equipment services platform. The complex laboratory fit out required accommodation for the advancements in technology and equipment
