MPS Architects has extensive experience in the planning, designing, construction and management of some of Perth’s major transport infrastructure projects. Our principal designers have more than 40 years of combined experience in the industry and are backed by a team of highly skilled and motivated designers, draftspeople and support staff.

Main goals of the project

  • Development of a new Bus Station and urban plan that was in line with the University’s masterplan.
  • Development of a Bus Station that offers transparency, weather protection, durability and optimal vehicle operation.
  • Easy integration and access with the Curtin University campus.
  • Urban design that was sympathetic to the surrounding structures.

The Curtin University Bus Station is one of the busiest in Perth with nine different Transperth services stopping frequently throughout the day. The design and development of the station undertaken by MPS Architects was completed successfully with very little impact to the public or commuters while adhering to time and budget constraints set by the University.
