A new Transperth Bus Depot located on a 1.2 hectare site west of Brockway Road in Mt Claremont, Western Australia.

The project comprises of a four-bay workshop, administration building, maintenance pits, external refuelling facilities, bus wash facilities and hardstand parking areas for up to 55 buses and parking for 65 cars.

The new facility is part of future-proofing push for Transperth bus facilities and has the capacity to house additional articulated buses.
